The Library will be closed on Sunday, April 9th in observance of the Easter Holiday.  We will reopen on Monday, April 10th at 9 am.

Please join us Saturday, April 1st from 11:00 am - NOON for our first Easter Egg Hunt at our Laurelville Branch!

Bring your own phone and/or camera to take pictures of your child/ren with the Easter Bunny!

There will also be live bunnies, balloon animals, face painting and more!

Sleigh ride down to the Laurelville Library for a holly jolly Christmas event for all ages! The library will offer crafts, snacks, games, activities and the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus! This event is free, and registration is not required- we hope to see you there! 

The library will be hosting free health screenings to anyone 18 or older at our Laurelville Branch.  The screenings are sponsored by Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine Screening: Community Health Programs.  There is no need to register, just show up at the library and nurses will complete your testing (first come, first served).  The screening will check your blood pressure, your cholesterol lipid levels, and your blood glucose levels.   Fasting recommended but not required.

From June 6th through July 29th library is serving free lunches for kids under the age of 18, sponsored by the Hocking Athens Perry Community Action. 

In Logan we will be serving lunch from Noon - 1:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays in the meeting room at the Main Library Branch.  Please use our Walnut Street entrance to enter and exit the building. Lunch will be served from 11:00 AM-Noon on Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Arts Building at the Fairgrounds.

The library will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
