The Board of Trustees is the seven-member governing body responsible for setting library policy, approving the annual budget, overseeing the Director and Fiscal Officer, and developing strategic plans for the library's future.
Four members are appointed by the Hocking County Commissioners, and the remaining three are appointed by the Hocking County Court of Common Pleas. Terms are for seven years.
Monthly Board meetings are open to the public and held on the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Harry Guda Conference Room (Main Library). Please check the library calendar for changes or holiday exceptions.
