Children of all ages are encouraged to join us for our 2nd Annual Back to School Bash!

Our program is on August 11th from 10AM-12PM and we'll be offering snacks, crafts, games, giveaways and the chance to enter a raffle for a fully-stocked backpack. We hope to see you there!

The OhioHealth Mobile Mammography Unit will be parked in front of the Library's Garage on the northwest corner of Walnut and Main Street, across from our Main Branch in Logan Ohio on May 23 and they will offer appointments from 9 am - 2:30 pm.  The mobile testing unit offers state-of-the-art technology and the same safety, privacy, accuracy and quality you would find in all other OhioHealth locations but is brought conveniently to you @ Your Library!  

The Logan-Hocking County District Library is please to announce that we are officially carrying board games for our patrons to check out and play at home. 

Kathryn Metz from the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel will be present to discuss matters related to public utility service, including rising electric rates, how to conserve energy, how to pick an energy supplier, income-eligible assistance programs, and consumer protections. Feel free to come with questions, or even bring your utility bill and Kathryn will help you understand the different charges on it. She will have many fact sheets and other resources to distribute as well.

Join us from 1 -3ish PM on the

3rd Tuesday of the month for hot tea, good food, and a British flick.

Our quarterly book sale will be held at the Library's Annex/Garage, across from the library on the northwest corner of Main and Walnut St.  All sales are by donation. Please bring boxes or bags for your purchase.

A partial eclipse of the sun will be visible in all parts of North America on October 14th, 2023. Stop into the library for a solar packet, including glasses. Limited supplies available.

We will be showing Disney's The Little Mermaid on October 18th at 4:30 p.m. Popcorn and candy will be provided.
