You may be wondering what "library outreach" is.  The simplest definition is services the library provides to the community by "reaching out" of the library!  Did you know that our library offers free delivery of materials to residents unable to visit the Library because of age, illness, disability, or other  incapacitating circumstances? Delivery can scheduled according to temporary or long term needs, and services are always tailored to your personal preferences. Also, we are excited to announce that the library has purchased a new bookmobile!!

Join us from 1:00 - 4:30 pm for a Solar Eclipse Party.  Snacks and crafts included while supplies last.

The Library will be closing at 5 pm today, Tuesday, April 2, due to the impending inclement weather and potential flooding.  Therefore, tonight's storytime will be canceled.  Stay safe and dry!  Barring no weather-related issues, we will re-open at 9 AM on Wednesday, April 3.

Please join us to meet Linda Johnson Eyerman in the Walnut Meeting Room located at our Main Branch at 230 E. Main St., Logan OH 43138.  Linda grew up in Logan and three of her books use Hocking County as their primary location. Come talk with Linda. She will do a reading from Eve, Child of Six Widows Mansion at 5 pm. Linda will sign any books that are purchased.  

Join Producer, Lead Investigator and New Jersey Native Mike Familant as he shares his experiences researching and tracking down the truth behind North America’s most iconic cryptid, Bigfoot. Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Grassman, Skunk Ape or Big Red Eye, whatever name you choose to call this large, bipedal hominid, Mike has probably tried to track it down. Mike has been researching this amazing creature for over 13 years, and has captured some impressive evidence along the way.
