Since this week's story time included owls, we will be making owls in our craft time today.  Supplies:  2 paper plates, markers (and anything else you want to use to decorate your owls), paper and scissors.

Join us for Family Fun Night on Tuesday, May 19th at 7 PM.  We will be playing BINGO.  Registration is required.  You must be 18 or older to register.  One registration per family.  Register at:  https://forms.gle/RgGuBffT6V7JVLRg9  You will receive information how to log into Zoom and on how to access your Bingo cards by 6 pm on the day of the event. The game starts at 7 PM, but we ask that you log in by 6:50 PM to ensure that you can get connected.

To go along with our donkey theme this week, we are going to make a homemade pin the tail on the donkey craft!  You will need to print the pin the tail on the donkey color sheet color and cut out and have fun!  Alternately, you can one of the donkey pictures below, color it.  Then, using paper or construction paper, you will draw a donkey tale by tracing your hand for the fluffy part of the tail, and then drawing lines for the tail part.  Make multiple hand tracings on different colors of construction paper so each person playing has a different color tail.

To go with our storytime theme of the week, we will be making counting elephants in the bathtub.

In this week's virtual craft we are going to make no-sew shopping bags from a T-Shirt.  Supplies:  T-Shirt, Fabric Scissors.  Embellishments (optional). Craft with us

In this Craft Together!

Join us on Facebook Live, 10 am Friday, 5/29/2020 and we will do a puppet craft.  Supplies for this craft are available in our little library for children (attached to our bookmobile garage).

In this virtual session of Craft Together!, we will be making Origami  Bookmarks from old magazines.  This craft is easy and suitable for all ages.  The session will be broadcast via Facebook Live on the library's Webpage.

Today we will continue our theme of the week, opposites, by making a Happy/Sad Face Sign.  A craft package is available at the library's little library attached to our bookmobile garage.  Alternately, you can use your own supplies (Paper plate, popsicle stick, something to draw faces {crayons, colored pencils, paint} and glue stick.
